Amenities

Pool
Our Olympic size pool can support up to 71 swimmers, and is 8 ft deep. There are two swim/walking lanes. The pool is heated and has a chiller for the hot summer months. The are numerous lounge and chairs, shade and tables around the pool area with a designated spot for eating and drinking. The pool area has a café, bathrooms and first aid supplies.

Spa
Our hot tub is next to the café and can fit 6 comfortably. It is set at 103%. No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the spa.

Tennis
Palm Greens boasts 9 well-cared for har-tru courts with lights on one court. See the tennis page for information about participating in our organized games and leagues.

Shuffleboard
You can find some spirited games in the morning at 10 of our newly repainted shuffleboard courts.

Gym
Our gym is located in the lower level of the clubhouse and is comprised of all the equipment you need for a good workout. From treadmills to stationary bikes and a full set of various weights. Access 24/7 for residents in the clubhouse.

Art Room
Our art room also located in the clubhouse lower level is very popular amongst our resident artists. Here you can find your spot to be creative as well as attend pottery classes (we have our own kiln.)  For more information, please contact Jeannette at robbiecarson1951@yahoo.com

Ballroom
Our ballroom (200 capacity) is used by our clubs as well as rented for private functions. Please download our facility use application should you wish to reserve the room for your function. All applications must be approved by the Recreation Association.

Outdoor Tent
A covered tent is located at poolside for resident use and events

TV Room
Whether gathering for a movie or used to play cards or games, the TV room is also available to rent for private events. Many of our classes are held in this room. Check for activities and times here.

Billiards
Located in the lower level, our 4 pool tables are available 24/7.

Card Room
Also in the lower level, the card room can hold up to 75 people.
