BUNCO:
3rd Tuesday of each month @6:30 pm – TV Room.  Join Steffi for a fun time playing Bunco! The cost to play is $10.00 per person. This is a great opportunity to meet new people and have some fun. CANASTA:
Wednesdays 1:30 pm – Downstairs Cardroom – Instructor Arlene Wallack. You are welcome to join this new and exciting Canasta class, where both newcomers and seasoned players can come together for a fun and engaging experience! CHAIR EXERCISE:
Thursdays 10:30 am – TV room – Instructor Terryl Jones.Yoga4Longlife.com. Combines Pilates, calisthenics, and yoga to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. The chair is a prop, not a crutch, all movements can be modified to become more or less challenging. Suggested donation $10.00. For more information contact Terryl Jones @ 626-319-9744.

DANCE FITNESS:
Instructor Terryl Jones. All are welcome to join this fun class. This is great for all ages and unlike a traditional dance class where you learn specific steps or choreography, dance fitness is all about getting a sweat on and having fun while moving your body. Whether you consider yourself a professional dancer or haven’t taken a dance class before, it’s easy to join in on the fun and experience a room full of motivated people who want to torch some calories.  Suggested donation $10.00.

LADY’S SHUFFLEBOARD:
Fridays 9:30 am Facilitator, Eilene Gerofsky.  Join the ladies for a fun and social game of shuffleboard every Friday morning at 9:30 am. All ladies are welcome, regardless of skill level. They prioritize enjoying each other’s company and having a good time together. After the game, they have “a coffee time” on and/or off campus. LAUGHING YOGA:
Thursdays 4 pm TV Room – Instructor Jeff Rich.  We are thrilled to introduce a new class that focuses on the power of laughter in improving health. Led by Jeff Rich, a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, this class will not only educate you on the benefits of laughter for your well-being but also demonstrate how to incorporate it into your daily routine. MEN’S NINE-BALL:
Thursday’s & Saturdays 1 pm – Facilitator, Bill Arthur.  If you are a beginner, we recommend attending on Saturdays as that is the day most attendees are there. We look forward to seeing you there.

MEN’S SHUFFLEBOARD:
Monday – Saturday 9 am – Shuffleboard Courts – Facilitator Armando Lopez (305-846-2674 or Rich Rosado). We welcome all beginners and experienced players alike to join us for a good time.  Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, we guarantee a great time for all. So come join us and become a part of our Shuffleboard family!

RUMMIKUB:
Wednesdays 4 pm TV Room – Karen Wenzell.  Don’t worry if you’ve never played before you can learn under the guidance of our very own resident Karen Wenzell, an enthusiastic Rummikub player.  Karen will share her passion for the game and will be available to help newcomers learn by ensuring that everyone feels included and confident to play.

WATER AEROBICS:
Monday – Saturday 8:35 am Facilitator Carol Hager. Looking for a fun way to get fit and stay cool? Join Carol and the rest of the group for our water fitness classes! Our classes are perfect for all fitness levels and ages, and are designed to help you burn calories, build strength, and improve your overall health. Plus, exercising in the water is a low-impact way to get active, making it ideal for those with joint pain or injuries.

YOGA:

CLAY BUILDING CLASS: (Classes will resume at a later date)
Tuesdays 1:00 pm – Craft room- Instructor Jeannette Robichaurd. We welcome everyone who is interested in participating in and learning clay crafting. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact Jeannette, our instructor, at 754-367-0097. With Jeannette’s expertise you will learn to make beautiful clay objects that you will be proud you made. We are looking forward to seeing you in class! All Beginners are welcome.  A $10 suggested donation for each class is recommended.
